The changes and developments in science and tecnology, changing the needs of humanbeings , force educationalists and so school manegers to be more sensitive.The changes in the field of education which will happen in the following years willbe greater than the changes at modern school which being seen before over 300 yearswith the coming out of printing the boks. An economy that knowledge being come tothe state of main source, creating real capital and richness directs new and harddemands to schools from the paint of educational performance responsibility(Drucker,1998).To meet the needs fort he hard demands, the school management should show asuccessful administration.As fort he school management to be successful, the manager should have anoccupational values system. İf not , it is not passible of the manager to show behaviouras see the difference of what to be or should be (Bursalıoğlu, 1994).School managers take importent, roles of being able to maintain education instructionsistematically and productively. There are various problems of schools in our country.School managers deal with different problems right alongside the problems witheducation-instruction. İf the problems which the school managers experience can bebrought up clearly, it is thought that more concrete solution suggestios can beproduced. This work aims at bringing up the problems in a much widerperspective.That school managers experience.The environment of reserch constructs efficial primary schools managers(directors,assistans) bound to the ministry of education in 2006-2007 instruction year inadministrative province of İstanbul, Anatolian Side in the district of Kadıköy, in thedistrict of Ümraniye and the managers of center and village primary schools in theadministrative province of Kırklareli in the district of Lüleburgaz in 2007-2008instruction year.Public survey was applied to 123 managers chosen from 123 primary schools in thedistricts of Kadıköy, Ümraniye and Lüleburgaz.İn this research , public survey method was used as choosing and gathering means.İn the analysing the poll results, special statistics (frequency distributions) was taken foreach question by benefiting from SPSS packet program, Mann-Whitney U test andKruskal-Wallis test were used. Besides, the prepared poll form?s reliability wasmeasured by counting Cronbach Alfa reliability coefficient.viİn the results of this research; % 78 of the 123 managers who joined the survey aremales and % 22 of them are females.According to the results , % 8 of the participants are between 20-30 years old , % 32 ofthem are between 31-40 years old, % 35 of them are between 41-50 years old, % 23 ofthem are between 51-61 years old, and % 2 of them are over 61 years old.According to the results , it can be said that of the managers that forined the poll havebeen on carrying management at a hight rate with % 20 between the years 11-15 , % 18of the participonts of the survey have been carrying on the management for between 1-3years , %15 of themfor between 3-5 years ,% 19 of them for between 6-10 years , % 14of them for between 16-20 years , and other % 14 of them for 20 and over times.According to the results, the participants has stated that totally the % 58 of them are thegradvaters of foculty %74 whow are in the district of Kadıköy , % 50 of whow are inthe district of Ümraniye , % 55 of whow are in the district of Lüleburgaz.While 119 of the participants explain that they have not published any book , 2participants who work in Ümraniye and Lüleburgaz and have stated that there are bokshaving been published.
