The relationship between the organizational types of primary schools and teachers' organizational commitment

This research has three main purposes. First, one is to determine the perceptions of participating teachers about the bureaucratic, supportive and innovative organizational types of the schools they work, and to examine the type of the school organizations according to independent variables. The second purpose is to determine the teachers? levels of organizational commitment and analyze the organizational commitment according to independent variables. Finally, it is aimed to determine the correlation between school?s organization type and teachers? organizational commitment.The research was designed both in correlation and in survey model. The population of the study was 3286 teachers working in primary schools in Malatya province in 2011 ? 2012school year.
