In thıs research, it has been analayzed relationship between primary school teachers' and secondary school teachers'self leadership perceptions and their classroom management efficaccy perceptions. This research's been conducted with the participation 309 teachers who work in Gaziantep Province, Turkey. In this research , descriptive method- which is currently one of the quantative method- has been used. Data was obtained by using self leadership scale and classroom management self efficaccy scale. When datas have been analayzed , the descritive statistics( which is average, standart deviation, min and max) have been perdormed in order to specify as to perception of teachers' self leadership strategy. Results were analayzed by using t-test to determine if teachers' self leadership strategies have difference on variations like gender and branch or not. One-way analysıs of variance(ANOVA) was conducted to determine whether teachers' self leadershıp strategıes differ from according to their profesional seniority stage. Standard multiple regression analysis has been applied to determine the relationship between teachers's self leadership perceptions and their class management self efficaccy. Teachers' self leadership perception level have been identified as high in general. In view of gender perspective, female teachers' self leadership strategies were higher than male teachers' at each three sub-dimensions.When participant teachers' responses have been analyzed, it is clearly seen that the branch factor has no significant difference. It has been concluded that when compared teachers who are in the first year of their professional seniority and towards to last term of it to the teachers who are at interregnum period , the former ones' self leadership perceptions are higher than latter's at all sub-dimensions. There has been found significant relationship between teachers' self leadership and class management self efficaccy perceptions.
