The teachers expressed hıgh level abouth the benefits of participation in management and the factors that enhance participation in management. And it is observed that they state "high level de about durum factors that reduce the participation to the management" and "medium level opinion on the participation status to the management ". During primary school teachers' participation in school management; Significant differences were found in gender, age, professional seniority, management experience, branch, education level and district variables. It was found that women had higher perceptions about participation in management than men in terms of participation status, benefits of participation in management and suggestions to increase participation in management. In addition, as teachers' seniority increases, the school attendance level, the benefits of attending school management and the perceptions of the measures to increase participation in the management decrease. The participation of classroom teachers in the level of participation in management is lower than in the other branches. In the dimension of factors that reduce participation to management, it is seen that the participation of branch teachers is lower than the others. Teachers who do not have management experience have higher level of perceptions than the teachers who have management experience. Teachers with a bachelor's degree have higher perceptions about their participation in management than those who have a postgraduate education. In addition, it is seen that the participation of the teachers working in the Sur district is lower than the teachers working in other districts in the dimension of measures to increase participation.
