Investigation on the effective use of Educational Information Network (EBA) by imam hatip high school students (Erzincan province)

In this paper in which we will analyse the use of EBA ( educational information network) by high school students of Imam Hatip the methods of interview and document analysis were used. Interviews about EBA were made with 24 students and 12 teachers from two Imam Hatip High Schools in Erzincan, and statistical information obtained from the teachers and the students were subjected to document analysis. The outcomes that emerged as a result of the content analysis were combined under the relevant themes and are presented in this paper. From the statistics we obtained knowledge about the opinions of the students and the teachers on the up and downsides of this system, the connection between teachers and students, and the effect EBA has had on the performance of the students. Finally after our analyses we were able to recognize that the students and the teachers were familiar with the system of EBA, that there were various opinions on the system and that some of the student would attend all the classes while others would choose which classes to attend based on the subject. We also came to the conclusion that the teachers were only partly effective on the students due to EBA.
