On the "Cold Dream" story of İmdat Avşar syntax study

Among the Turkish grammar studies, important studies on the syntax of Turkish have been made. In this study, the text named "Soğuk Rüya", which we selected from İmdat Avşar's story book named Soğuk Rüya, has been examined in terms of syntax. This study consists of an introduction and two parts. In the section that follows the information compiled from syntax-related sources; The sentence was examined in terms of its elements, word groups and sentence structures and information was given. Subject headings were supported by using sample sentences selected from the text. In the other section, the sentences in the selected text are analyzed in terms of their "elements, word groups and sentence structures". The study was evaluated with the conclusion part, which includes the information extracted from the research. After the conclusion part, "Author's Life" and "Text" sections are included. The author's life and the text of the story have been quoted from the story book "Soğuk Rüya", preserving its originality. The sources used in the study are given in the bibliography section. The aim of this thesis is to contribute to the syntax of Turkey Turkish by making an analysis on syntax. Keyword: Syntax, Judgment Groups, Word Groups, Sentence, "Soğuk Rüya"
