The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of employees' satisfaction on organization performance in some selected public and private organizations in Mogadishu, Somalia. The study employed a quantitative method of analysis that uses the primary data that have been collected from different sources. The instrument of data collection used is a questionnaire that has been distributed to both private and public organizations based in Mogadishu. The research uses two variables which are employees' satisfaction as the independent variable and organizational performance as the dependent variable. The independent variable of employees' satisfaction uses the proxy variables of pay and benefit, workshop and training, and working environment. To obtain the estimated results, this study uses the statistical analysis of the descriptive statistics and linear regression model to get the estimated results. The research finds the positive contribution of pay and benefit on organizational performance, the positive impact of the working environment on organizational performance, and the negative effect of the workshop and training on organizational performance. Thus, the research finds that the rate of workshops and training that receive the employees in organizations are not effective. The research finds a positive relationship between the employees' satisfaction and organizational performance, the researcher recommends to the government of Somalia through the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to improve the status of the workers in terms of pay and benefit and working environment in the organizations. In addition, the government should apply the new policy that needs all the organizations to provide workshops and training to their workers.
