Abstract (EN)
In this study, in vitro micropropagation and total hypericin content of Hypericumtriquetrifolium Turra. (Guttiferae) were investigated. The seeds were cultured in the mediumscontain BAP free, 9.8 , 19.6, 39.2 and 78.4 µM BAP.The best germination percent were obtained BAP free and 19.6 µM BAP medium. Forthe proliferation, medium containing 25 µM BAP were the best.Total hypericin contents of in vitro micropropagated plants were also investigated. The highest total hypericin content were obtained in the plants that growth in themedium containing 10 µM BAP. Total hypericin contents of in vitro micropropagated werehigher than collected from nature. Keywords: Hypericum triquetrifolium, Hypericin, Micropropagation, Proliferation.
