Abstract (EN)
Among the important properties of aluminum are ease of manufacture, good corrosion resistance, low density, high weight-to-strength ratio and high tensile strength data. In order to increase the existing properties of aluminum, ceramic reinforcement will be added to the aluminum. An increase in hardness and wear resistance is expected with ceramic reinforcement. Appropriate powder mixtures will be provided in this study. Then it will be pressed with cold pressing and sintered with different sintering methods and aging will be done using the same heat sources. In the first purpose sintering furnace, sintering will be done in a much shorter time with the induction sintering process compared to the sintering that takes up to 1 hour with traditional sintering. The estimated time for this process is 5 minutes. In this context, time will be saved and the desired result will be achieved in a shorter time. Another aim is to shorten the aging process time, which can reach 48 hours under normal conditions, and the desired result will be achieved in a much shorter time in the same way. In order to complete the aging process and reach the desired result, the time to be used is expected to decrease from 48 hours to 15 minutes. When the literature is examined, it is a method that will reduce the aging time much more. It is planned to prevent time losses in businesses. Energy and cost will be observed.
