Anatolian lands have hosted many civilizations in different periods of history. Geopolitical position, geographic structure, housing the sacred of universal religions, such as the center of attraction and continues to create. In this research, the life and activities of the British Major E.W.Noel, who organized trips to Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia at the time of the national struggle about a hundred years ago, is examined. For the purposes of these trips, Noel's discussions with the Kurdish and flame tribal leaders and the proposed solution for an independent Kurdistan region are examined. Despite the activities of Noel, the measures taken by the national struggle cadres and the correspondence of Mustafa Kemal in this direction were examined. At the end of the study, it was seen that Noel's attempt to provoke Kurdish and Alevis to suppress the national struggle was unsuccessful and the tribes did not go to the British ranks but supported the national struggle.
