Abstract (EN)
In today's technology age, media organs can quickly reach and influence voters for public opinion polls. It is known that this effect shapes the election results. In this study, a survey was conducted to examine where students studying at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of İnönü University follow the political agenda and to what extent they trust the news sources they follow. For this purpose, it was decided to apply parametric tests as a result of the tests. In this context, independent t-test and one-way analysis of variance were used to test the difference between means. The relationship between gender, age, income level and educational status, and whether there are media outlets that are watched without being trusted, was examined with the chi-square test. As a result; It was concluded that the students of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of İnönü University had negative opinions about media organizations, political opinion polls and those who carried out opinion polls, and it was determined that the level of trust in them was low.
