The frequency of forensic case types varies in each age group. For example, although intoxication cases can be encountered in all age groups, they are most frequently encountered in the first decade, and the frequency of intoxication materials varies in each age group. Gender characteristics should be taken into consideration when evaluating female forensic cases. Healthcare workers, especially those working in emergency services, should pay attention to these issues and report them. Keywords: Female, forensic medicine, injury
