Employee attitudes about risk management and risk reducing precautions in construction projects: Antalya example

Risk management and risk-reducing precautions in construction projects particularly for contractors, employers, cost, duration, and terms of quality terms were studied. Due to increase in size and getting more complex of the projects, determination of employees' attitudes for risk management and risk reducing precautions in construction projects in terms of reducing the risks that may arise is of great importance. In this study; together with brief information about risk, risk management, risk-reducing precautions in construction projects; attitudes of employees related to the risk management and risk reducing precautions were investigated in construction projects in the example of Antalya, survey method and Likert-type attitude scale were used and analysed by SPSS 20 program and contribution to the construction industry was aimed.
