Abstract (EN)
The aim of this research is to determine an approach of construction site management. In this context, after explaining bussiness and management models, cost calculation methods and cost method of two similar acceptable construction sites have been shown. Hypothetically, used cost methods have been presumed and explained as activity-based costs. "Resultant Costs" and "Targeted Costs" of two different construction sites, which were set between 2013-2015, have been analyzed. As a result of this comparison, it was observed that building costs were higher than targeted costs. Increase causes due to same bussines sectors in different zones have been analyzed and it became clear that activity-based cost methods are convenient for the construction industry. Analyzing the reasons that lead to price increases helped us to determine an effective management model. In this context it has been occured as a necessity that choosing "Function Model" which is taken creativity power as a basis and gives the responsibility to whole crew.
