A model proposal on building in construction sector: Example of Düzce

The main purpose of this study is to make a research on the quality of the buildings produced by construction companies operating in Duzce. It is aimed to state that the expectations of the customers are taken into consideration and the importance of productivity and profitability should be emphasized. Within the scope of the study, interviews were conducted with architect engineers and senior managers who played an active role in construction companies. In addition, all the stages required for the emergence of a structure have been revealed. With the findings obtained, the necessity to apply the principles of total quality management in the construction sector, which is of great importance in the GNP, has emerged.
