Abstract (EN)
The accident risk was begun with the first successful flight in the beginning of 1900s. Despite improving technology and increasing amount of studies on preventing aviation accidents, because of increasing in flight numbers and aircraft capacities the desired level on accident rates could not been reached. Because the subject is human life and cannot be negotiated, both the government and civilian firms continued to work on accidents till today. As a result of these studies especially aircraft caused accidents are decreased. But studies on preventing human caused accidents are not successful. For a better understanding, today, cause of %80 accidents is human. In this study, we compare the studies about human factor done in our country with the studies done in the other countries and prepare a new checklist for practice.
