In this research, it is aimed to examine the perspectives of the health institution employees on the concepts of rotation and organizational justice. In the first chapter, the concept of Human Resources Management (HRM) is handled, the definition, importance and features of HRM are explained and its functions are mentioned. In the second chapter, by dealing with the health care services and health institutions, their employees are given place. As to the third chapter, The Organizational Justice and its subtitles are examined, and later on the concept of Rotation is handled. In the final chapter, by analyzing the questionnaires, the evaluation part is carried out. The data of the research is collected by literature review as quantitative and by field research (questionnaires). The questionnaires are analyzed with SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) in several ways. (Normal distribution, homogeneity, reliability etc.)
