Employee training in the human resources management using homur and cartoons in trainings a research in the retail sector

Human resources have begun to make sense for companies with the current technological and economic developments. When the firms realized that human resource is one of the most important element for competitive advantage, training of human resources gained importance in the same way. The goals of training in companies are completing their deficiencies of commercial and technical with training. The main problems in trainings are disposing employees, getting trainings effectual. It is researched that what training importance is in managing human resources and which humor and cartoons are able to use in trainings.At the end of resources, there's an analysis which was done at a retail company in Turkey. One hundred employees are trained with using humor and cartoons and eighty-nine employees are trained without them in eight different cities. The aim of these trainings is to search for diffirences with two groups; using humor and cartoons, no-using humor and cartoons and also the effectiveness of success after the exam was made after the training. After the exam, an survey was made each employees and was analyzed of satisfaction of the training between two groups. There were sixteen questions about teaching subjects in the trainings. Ki data testing and T-testing was used in the analysis. As a result, using humor and cartoons in the training increased degrees of satisfaction in the training. On the other hands, it is not seen any significant correlation between using cartoons and success of the exam. It also is not seen the employees who get trained with humor and cartoons were more succesfull than the employeers get trained without humor and cartoons
