Abstract (EN)

This study was conducted on the epidemic of the emerging corona virus. Coronavirus affects the respiratory system and is called the severe acute corona. The study aimed to explore the factors affecting the corona virus to control and reduce it. The study was conducted on 124 patients, the number of females was 66 and the number of males was 58. By conducting IMG & IGG analyzes, the percentage was high indicatid of the virus. The analyzes were D-dimer, C Reactive Protein, HbA1C, Lipid Profile, and Fasting Blood Sugar. The results showed that there are three factors, the most important of which are high blood sugar for diabetics and non-diabetics. Diabetics, high diodes, and high ferritin had a clear increase in the presence of the virus, and obesity also had an effect. A statistical study by ANOVA was implemented to assess the sensitivity and specificity of the variables with the presence of the virus, as 98 patients were discharged from the hospital and 26 patients remained in the intensive care unit. The CRP ratio in the area under the curve was expected at 43.5 mg/L, and the D-dimer ratio was expected 1204 NG/mL. For ferritin, its sensitivity and specificity were 380 ng/mL. As for insulin, the sensitivity and specificity of the test was 10.35 mu/ ml while, the sensitivity and test of HOMA-R were 12.5% at the cut-off value. The P value indicates the significance of the effects of coronavirus on the rate of blood sugar, rate of ferritin and rate of CRP.
