Abstract (EN)

Iraq Seljuq Empirewas set in the west side of the Seljuq Empire as a dynasty. Due to the ciwil cases which happened as a result of death of Sultan Muhammed Tapar in 1118 Sultan Sencer took the helm of Great Seljuq Empire after the war which happened between Sultan Sencer and Sultan Mahmud in 11 August 1118. He gave west Iran and Iraq lands including Kirman, İsfehanand Hemedan to his newhew Muhammed Tapar. In this way Iraq Seljuq Empire was being set. Seljuq Empire wasal ways keeping in touch with Georgians from the day when it is set. Even if they met in the time of Tuğrul and Çağrı governers during the exploration campaings or country searchs, they took under obedience and militaryand policitical activites were concentrated in the time of Iraq Seljuq Empire. While they were struggling with the Eastern Anatolia Turkish Government sand they hit death blow by receiving support from Eastern Anatolia Turkish Governments. The struglle of Azarbaijan Atabegİldenizliler which were the continuation of Iraq Seljuq Empire, againts the Georgians, was provided Muslim Turkish World to be protected againts the Christianity.
