Food culture of iraq Turkmen

In this study, which was prepared as a Master's Thesis, it was aimed to determine the food culture of Iraqi Turkmen. Iraqi Turkmen have a rich culinary culture. In the study, the folk cuisine of the Iraqi Turkmen was discussed through the relationship between food and culture. In addition, the reflections of this cultural ground in folk literature products and rites are discussed. In addition to these, the tools and equipment used in cooking were introduced and the beliefs and practices related to food culture were included.
