One of the most important invention of the 20th century is usage the nuclear power. This invention is used for alternative of other sources of the under ground energy. Scientist invent this power for humanity useful, suddenly we under stant the power has got a huge power which destories the world.At the end of the 1980s, Iran is the next target of the?big powers? because of its rising nuclear power. Especially, after the Cold War the U.S.A is the most powerfull country of the world. New World Order is established by the U.S.A and it doesn?t accept any country opposite to it.Important is that, for what Iran tried for getting nuclear power; as a nuclear energy or nuclear weapons? Right now Iran perceiving threaten from some western and neighbor countries. Some countries utilized that Iran want to use this power as a Mass Destruction Weapons and this will create new threats for the regions. Especially fundamental Iran?s government and regime are basic of doubt international organizations and western countries. For that international control very important right now. I have been enquired this topic detailing in this thesis. Result of IAEA controls have been informed step by step in my thesis.
