Job satisfaction and health care workers

The aim in this study is to investigate the level of job satisfaction of health care workers and to bring proposal solutions for it. Very important time of human live passes at workplaces. Fort his reason the level of job satisfaction of health care workers effects their personel life. The level of job satisfaction shows its positive effects on physical health beside on mental health. The job satisfaction which provides the individuals happy, succesfull and efficient, is the feeling of gladness that created by job. Heath care workers need to improve working conditions and to supply their requrements relating to the work life. As long as their expectations provided with correct way, the level of job satisfaction inreases. It is neccessary to improve interpersonal relationships, to provide a suitable working enviroment and to upgrade the standarts of service for achieving the change and progress in health care. It is important for early detection of posible problems to knowing the level of job satisfaction in terms of personal and organizational.
