Factors affecting business (Denizli State Hospital workers sample)

Job satisfaction is an important variable that allows people to get an idea about the general feelings and thoughts about the place of work and work. It is expected that employees who are satisfied with the work they are doing have a high level of job satisfaction and those who are not satisfied with their job are also low in job satisfaction levels. Job satisfaction is also a concept that determines the positive or negative thoughts of employees. In order for employees to perform well and work efficiently, they need to be sufficiently satisfied with their work. Employees also take a step forward in evaluating their time, being in good relationships with their colleagues, identifying and developing their talents, and so on.This study is a descriptive study designed to determine the factors affecting the job satisfaction of the personnel working in the Denizli State Hospital affiliated to the public hospitals within the Denizli provincial borders. The survey was conducted between September 2012 and September 2013 at Denizli State Hospital in Denizli province center. 150 health personnel selected by random sample method were included in the research. The personal information form prepared by the researcher and the JSS job satisfaction scale were used to collect the data. Analysis of the data was done in SPSS package program. In the evaluation of the data, hypothesis analysis and student t test were used. In the study, it was analyzed whether the health satisfaction of the health workers varied according to the socio demographic characteristics. According to the results, Variables such as educational status of health workers, marital status, profession preferences, wages, colleagues, communication at work, work done affects positively the social and social direction of people and increases job satisfaction. On the other hand, according to the results, The distribution of the fair wages of the healthcare workers, the chance of the increase and the appreciation of the work done, affect job satisfaction negatively.
