Determine importance of preparing strategic plan for occupational safety activities and preparing a strategic plan for a company that is active in the ready-mixed concrete sector

Occupational health and safety management established for the execution of occupational health and safety activities and the first step of the organization is to carry out the risk assessment studies. The risk assessment needs to be renewed for the time and conditions specified in the Occupational Health and Safety Risk Assessment Regulations. In this thesis study, strategic planning can be done as a new risk management system which will be done in addition to risk assessment in occupational health and safety studies to be performed in the enterprises. Literature studies have been done about what strategic planning is and what should be considered when strategic planning is done. At the other stage of the thesis study, a literature study about the ready mixed concrete sector was carried out and the risk assessment studies made about the ready mixed concrete sector were examined and a state list of ready mixed concrete plants was made with a check list prepared in addition to these. According to the situation analysis, strategic planning of work safety has been prepared in the ready-mixed concrete sector.
