Abstract (EN)
The subject of this study is "equality principle" which takes place in Labour Laws of Turkish and International Legal Systems. The societies, from ancient times to today, have heterogenious structures and people or groups of people don't have similar features. Both in our country and in the world ,people or groups of people have been subject to discriminating behaviours because they have physical differences,different ways of thinking,having different positions or other differences from other people or groups of people. Especially in business life,since discrimination towards people or groups of people have increased the need for the principle of equality has been increasing . As a requirement of the principle of equality ,banning discrimination was put into practice and in Turkish and Internatinal Legal systems,employers' legal obligations and enforcements aganist discrimination took place at the laws and workers were tried to be protected.
