Industrial Revolution started with scientific and technological developments brought serial and monotonous production together. Due to developments born of from machines, used methods, chemicals and inattentiveness of employees industrial accidents appear increasingly. Therewithal, new occupational diseases peculiar to each job appear because of used methods in production and used chemicals.Researches present, in general unfavorable working conditions, lack of precautions, lack of control, inadequate training and experience of employees causes happened work accidents and occupational diseases. Because of these reasons avoidable work accidents and occupational diseases could not prevented.In this study, leatherworking employees may face work accidents, occupational diseases and precautions about work accidents, occupational diseases are examined. In this direction working conditions and occupational diseases are revealed after employees? survey. The results obtained in line in order to minimize the risk of missing the point solutions are available and can be defected.
