As organizational outcomes, organizational trust and job satisfaction concepts, which establish a ground for a positive business environment, are discussed. In this context, the primary objective of the study is to determine the effect of occupational health and safety practices on organizational trust and job satisfaction. Another aim of the thesis study is to investigate the effect of external focus about occupational accidents on organizational trust and job satisfaction. With more comprehensive words, the second purpose of the study is to determine the effect of a mindset, which attributes occupational accidents to the factors as chance and fate and accept them as inescapable, on the individual's organizational trust and job satisfaction. The thesis study was carried out with the involvement of 734 employees who work in 14 separate accommodation businesses. In this study, survey technique was used to collect data. The data collected through the questionnaires was subjected to analysis with the help of statistical package program. The general profiles of participants were primarily determined according to their different characteristics. Then, the variables within the scope of study were examined with t-test and ANOVA analysis according to participants' different characteristics. As a result of correlation analysis, it was found that there are meaningful relationships, which are in a positive way, between the 'occupational health and safety practices' and 'organizational trust dimensions and job satisfaction'. In addition, it was determined that there are meaningful relationships, which are in a negative way, between the external focus related the occupational accidents and organizational trust dimensions. Nevertheless, it was found that there is not a meaningful relationship between the external focus related occupational accidents and job satisfaction. As a result of multiple regression analysis that set out in accordance with the main objectives of study, it was found to be effective the colleagues' working according to occupational health and safety criteria on participants' organizational trusts, the collaboration and communication among management and employees about occupational health and safety, the colleagues' levels of awareness and consciousness about occupational health and safety, the administrative measures and precautions about occupational health and safety on participants' organizational trust. However, it was found to be effective the colleagues' working according to occupational health and safety criteria, the administrative measures and precautions about occupational health and safety, the colleagues' levels of awareness and consciousness about occupational health and safety on participants' job satisfaction. In addition, it was determined that the external focus related occupational accidents affects the trust to colleagues in a positive way but affects job satisfaction in a negative way. According to findings obtained from multiple regression analysis, it was revealed that both employees and managers have responsibility about occupational health and safety.
