The importance of training in occupational health and safety and its impact on educational activities;; Application to Van Provincial Directorate of National Education

In this study; It is expected that the working environment will become safer and healthier by using the training area in a programmed, regular and continuous manner in the occupational health and safety department, helping people working in educational institutions to gain a culture of occupational safety. The research conducted to date in the area of occupational health and safety, a field still in its early stages in our country; it has been shown that the work accidents that occur are largely human-caused. It has been determined that a key factor contributing to this issue is the lack of adequate training provided or the need for more comprehensive training in this area. This study seeks to support the development of occupational safety standards within educational institutions by reaffirming the importance and positive impact of training for our target audience, which includes teachers, administrators, and support staff.
