Abstract (EN)

In today's climate, most people in the modern world is working with busy schedule. Big cities are crowded, higher unemployment, economic crisis, the cost of living is caused by many reasons such as stress. These reasons as well as organizational factors person may experience stress. This phenomenon, also called job stress, now a large portion of employees in workplaces where the days work requests, can adversely effect on job satisfaction. Work stress the height of the employees, some physical, psychological and behavioral disorders may entail. A literature review about stress and job stress has been made for this study. For this purpose, it has been explained stress generally in first chapter. Also, personal and organizational factors about stress has been told. After that, it has been mentioned about symptoms of stress and personal and organizational stress-coping methods. Second chapter is about job stress. Factors about job stress includes about job and about work environment and it has been mentioned that job stress causes depression, insomnia and anxiety. Also, job stress causes inefficiency and performance impairment. Finally the last chapter contains stressors of job for healthcare workers and the results of previous studies.
