Abstract (EN)
It is important for people to be an important resource, especially for companies to maintain their assets and to be seen as an important source of power. However, effective use of this resource and performance appraisal in the management process is closely related to the planning that the human resources unit will develop and prepare for implementation. All these results have entered the organizations of the companies as an indispensable element in the human resources planning which is described as necessity of the contemporary information age. Today, both state-owned companies and companies have entered the path of showing the same importance to human resources. In this thesis study, a research questionnaire about the human resources planning which is continuing its existence in the enterprises has been made and tried to reveal the opinions and suggestions related to the subject of the companies. As a result of this field survey, it is observed that there is not much difference in the human resources planning sizes according to the amount of information found, firms' attitudes towards human resources planning and the amount of people employed in the firm.
