Work-life balance: A research on a group travel agencies in travel Antalya

The main purpose of the research is to determine the work-life balance of the A group travel agencies employees. With a view to determine and facilitate the research method, preliminary meetings were held with academics having a thorough knowledge of the subject; after a clear understanding of the subject and its content the Turkish literature was examined and the translation of the foreign references was carried out.In the third part of the study, the data analysis was performed. The A Group Travel agencies operating in Antalya were selected as field of research. After the management checked and accepted the survey, the questionnaire forms were distributed, filled and returned.According to the research findings, it has been determined that the working hours are affecting the work-life balance of the agency employees. Contrary to expectations, no significant correlation has been found between the work-life balance and the demographic factors (age, sex, marital status, education level, department, employment period, illness and absences from work during 1 year excepting the holydays, position, manner of working, monthly income).
