Employment contribution of İŞKUR job shadowing program: A study in the province of Elazığ

The aim of this study is to evaluate the employment contribution of ISKUR job shadowing program. In the first part of the studey include literature review, cognitive and theoretical definitions are made and informations about ISKUR and employment policy are given in this chapter. In the second part of the study, labor force information was shared about Elazığ and in the third section research method was presented. In this study, 315 people from 1378 who participated in the job shadowing program organized by Elazığ ISKUR in 2016 were reached by telephone and a questionnaire consisting of 27 questions was applied. After the end of the program, the number of people continued to work at 60. Some arrangements have been needed to increase this number.
