Abstract (EN)

In penal law, the concept of victim contains individuals who are directly affected by the crime as well as those who are indirectly harmed by this work. Islamic Penal Law is based on protecting rights and interests. So, it does not ignore any grievances. In this study, continued on with historical development of victim notioni the conceptof victim notion followed by practices for the prevention of victimization in terms of international law, including institiutions that operates elimination of victimization in terms of criminal law and finally rights of the victim and person who has suffered from a crime are examined in terms of criminal procedure law. Finally, We have tried to detect the compatibility of many systems existing in Islamic Penal Law to reparative justice. Because the ultimate aim isn't to punish people, not to respond as many time as but to improve them.
