أحكام النزوح في الفقه الإسلامي (العبادات نموذجا)

The research study deals with the definition of the linguistic displacement, its authenticity, its causes and types. The research also covers the events of displacement that occurred in history which began with Adam and went through the Prophets (peace be upon them). This is analyzed based on our reliance on the Holly Koran and the stories mentioned about the Prophets while taking the most important excerpts during which the displacement in European and Western countries occurred first and then the Middle East while mentioning its effects. Likewise, this research study also discusses the definition of the Armistice House known in Arabic as Dar Alhudna and its sections, the importance of the armistice house for the displaced, and also the provisions of displacement in the Islamic jurisprudence of both the optional and compulsory nature in terms of necessity, sanctity, solution and other provisions. In addition, the study also mentions the asylum rule resulting from displacement to the Islamic state and other countries. People have mixed issues related to the displaced, such as worship, businesses, transactions and others and thus the third chapter of this research is devoted to explain these provisions without specific details. Finally, the research ends with the most important findings and conclusions reached throughout this study.
