Abstract (EN)
Allah (c.c) followed a method in the Qur'an. This method has always kept people from falling into spiritual depression. Because human psychology can not fully perceive the events and situations to be seen in a certain direction, and as a result, it can become a psychological disorder. For example, if we talk about a bad situation in which a person can fall into a constant state, he will lose his faith in Allah after a while; (It is impossible for me to get rid of this situation anymore) saying that the Rahmat-i Rahmandan may cut off his hope; moreover, it can be dragged into the despair of despair by saying (I can not help anyone when I'm already done). And in the midst of Yusuf is the divine divine; (O my sons! Go search Yusuf and his brother. Do not cut off your hope from the mercy of Allah. Because the other of the community of infidels will not hope for the mercy of Allah.) The other extreme situation which is the reason that the human being reduces the soul mood is the use of expressions such as (You are now relieved, be comfortable). Such expressions may lead him to comfort and idleness and then to spirit depressions, and as a result, as a servant, we act against the verse of the Almighty in Ali Imran: (Or do you think that you will go in the paradise without Allah's patience?) That is why Allah commands man to live a balanced life in these two emotions. The verse clearly states this to us in the words of the verse: (They rise up from their beds to fear their Lord and worship their Lord.) That is, ALLAH commands us to live a balanced life between Havf (fear) and Reca (hope) and commands that we should observe that balance.
