Abstract (EN)
Iran, Mesopotamia, Egypt and Anatolia have been the most important lands for the Islamic Ceramic History. Also for the fritwares, determined by geological circumstances and get formed especially with traditional production, those lands stand as central locations.The ceramic production executed with fritwaress, which began at 8.-9. centuries and continued almost ceaseless until the 19. century, began with alkali containing frits and thereafter developed with the addition of lead frits that have been called as a technological reforms.With their characteristic paste ingredients frit pastes letting gain Islamic ceramics a historical importance and prestige have been subjects to academical studies on the 20. century. To show that this paste can also be used today and applied especially to contemporary works has been the purpose of this study.
