Enterprise risk management process and a case in a firm

This study aims to establish a model proposal for the implementation of enterprise risk management process in enterprises. For this purpose, firstly the concepts of corporate governance, risk management and corporate risk management are explained in detail. In terms of corporate risk management, the concepts of internal control and internal audit in enterprises are expressed. Finally, in order to establish the enterprise risk management system, the steps to be implemented in the enterprises and the activities to be carried out in each of these steps were designed and an exemplary enterprise risk management process model was developed. In the implementation section of the study, the enterprise risk management process established in a firm was analyzed by using situation analysis method and on-site observation studies were worked through for the activities carried out in the process. Suggestions have been developed using findings from documents and documents related to the activities. In the firm, improvement studies have been made related to the enterprise risk management process.
