Abstract (EN)

Mobbing in the workplace means the deliberate and systematic emotional attack of a staff member by other staff, manager or boss/bosses, and battering the employee. Thus, it is a situation that can cause a decrease in the efficiency and success of the personnel in their work by being worn out spiritually, socially and physically, perhaps causing the employee to resign and parting ways with the institution, and from an institutional point of view, it will have a negative impact on the success and productivity of the personnel and indirectly on the national economy by causing the harmonization between the employees in the institution. is the process. The serious importance of mobbing in terms of personnel and institutions has led to the obligation to take legal measures on this issue.
