Abstract (EN)
Understanding, applicationan devaluation of quality is a power and complex in service enterprises. Because the service is not handled. In thi sway, the application of quality management system is explained in a service enterprise. Basic Quality Management information is presented. Application of Quality Management System to a sample port operation and suggestions for improvement are presented.
