Abstract (EN)
This survey was made with the aim of identification of individual's demographic features,employer brand awareness and relationship between workers satisfaction from workplace and their intention to leave.Also,survey work was made by taking advantage of the scales used in the researches that was done before. The survey work was determined by analyzing with the SPSS 24 programme.This survey work was done with the participation if 401 private sector workers and subcontractor staff. Reliability and regression analyzes were applied to the obtained analyzes.According to analysis results,the relationships between sex,marital status,educational background,job,working year,the way of work,staff status,monthly earning and both employee satisfaction and sub-dimensions of effects on intention to leave emerged.
