Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the learner's performance on the workplace. Education improves employee skills, increases self-confidence, and improves quality of work. The learning employee is making fewer mistakes and the rate of catching work accidents is also decreasing. For this reason, it is important to analyze the effect of the workplace learning on the performance of the employees. Survey form is designed for research. The questionnaire consists of factors such as learning at workplace (informal learning, non-formal learning, formal learning), task performance, contextual performance and anti-productivity behavior. The survey was answered by 313 people in small and medium-sized enterprises in Istanbul. Factor Analysis was performed on each scale to determine the dimensions of the used variables. In order to measure the consistency of the variables, the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) criterion was used in the Alpha Model to test the reliability of the scales. Correlation analysis, Pearson Correlation Analysis, Regression, Multiple regression analysis were also applied. As a result, it is supported that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between learning and working performance at the workplace according to the findings obtained without research, and the learning performance of the workplace is increased. However, demographic variables of employees did not have any significant effect on job performance.
