Problems of women entrepreneurs and solution proposals-application on the level 2 region TR71

Our women should become a power that makes significant contributions to economic, social and cultural development. In this thesis, the profile of existing and active women entrepreneurs in the "TR71 Level 2" region, the reasons for starting a business, their problems and their future plans are discussed. In this context, the aim of the study was to determine the number of women entrepreneurs who are active in entrepreneurship activities in the provinces of Aksaray, Kırıkkale, Kırşehir, Nevşehir and Niğde in the TR71 Level 2 Region; (a) the reasons for starting a business (pushing and pulling reasons), (b) the problems (professional experiences, capital supply, financial and moral support etc.) encountered during the establishment phase, (c) the problems that their enterprises face during their activities (economic, (d) future plans (economic and non-economic) to be analyzed. As a result of the study, women entrepreneurs acquired their professional knowledge and skills from business life, did not have to persuade their spouse and / or family to work and establish their own business; detected. Women entrepreneurs in the provinces of the "TR71 Level 2" Region have difficulty in macroeconomic problems, such as "economic uncertainty", "capital supply" and "appropriate staffing". It is observed that the problem of not being recognized in the sector is forced by women entrepreneurs. Women entrepreneurs in the "TR71 Level 2" districts have difficulties in individual and women-specific issues, particularly in economic activities, during their operations. The problems of women entrepreneurs are focused on financial problems and debt payments, bureaucratic procedures, family reasons and customer relations. It is seen that women entrepreneurs have plans for the future and that the quality of the non-economic plans to be permanent in the sector and to be permanent in the sector are ahead of the economic plan of increasing profitability. When evaluated regionally, it was found that women entrepreneurs experienced problems due to the inadequacy of the market and the value judgments of the society.
