Özet (EN)
It is known that the fundamentals of entrepreneurship were laid in the modern economic approach in the 20th century with Shumpeter's book "The Theory of Economic Development". With the beginning of new millenium, it is seen that entrepreneurship is supported more in developing countries. It is observed that women who can not take enough part in economic life, can not also show presence in women's entrepreneurship. On the other hand, with the increasing interest in non-governmental organizations related to women, women's cooperatives, women's associations, Kagider and similar organizations established by women entrepreneurs in 2002 are taking their place in our social life. The increasing importance of entrepreneurship for developing countries, the participation of 30% of female population to the economy (which is 50% actually) and, additionally, the fact of what these non-governmental organizations (NGOs) supporting women's entrepreneurship can actually perform and the relationship and interaction between them gain importance. The changing organizational structures depending on the rapidly changing technology, the emergence of postmodern effects with the United Nations Millennium decisions, the importance of NGOs, the structuring of corporate social responsibility in the organizations, the approaches of women's employment and entrepreneurship and the effects that may exist between all these are within the scope of the study. Whether non-governmental organizations that support women's entrepreneurship have an impact on women's entrepreneurship and to what extent the expectations of women and the activities of these NGOs are compatible were examined. Therefore, the study focused on the interaction between women entrepreneurs and non-governmental organizations that support women entrepreneurship. Women are coded to perform many different functions in life. The impact of the social gender approach in women's experiences in entrepreneurship has been tried to be evaluated with postmodern approach. The main purpose of this research is; what are the positive and negative situations women encounter while becoming and pursuing entrepreneurship? How women encounter these NGOs is to understand how their expectations are in line with the activities of non-governmental organizations that support women's entrepreneurship. Accordingly, do the activities carried out by NGOs supporting women entrepreneurship support women entrepreneurship, what benefits do they create, do they evaluate their activities? What is the method of research and analysis of how they measure the feedbacks on this subject? It has been considered to examine such a subject scientifically through qualitative research and with in-depth interview method. The Questions and Interview process has been carried out with a postmodern feminist approach. Maxqda qualitative content analysis is used in this study.
