Abstract (EN)
In this study, Raku glaze experiments on paper pulp ceramic body had been prepared. During the study the comperative static group model had been used among the experiment models. Domestic materials are used ( slip casting clay, talc) and also office waste paper pulp is used to produce three different types of paper clay mixture in experimental persentages.Apart from these three mixtures, for the purpose of comprasion, a body has been prepared without paper pulp which contains only talc and slip casting body. All mixtures have been shaped by plastic forming process and slip casting process. Various forms have been produced by plastic forming methods, hand shaping, semi dry pressing and trowing on the wheel. In addition to this, each paperclay bodies had been prepared in the form the test bar. The percentages were measured by using these test bars in the terms of water of plasticity, drying and firing results of shrinking, dry breaking strenght point and water absorption scala. The mass of test bars have been measured after firing , after fired to 1040oC and suction of the fired bars after the water absorption..Based on three basic types of Raku glazes with different colors at different rates by using colouring oxides have been obtained for eight diffeent Raku glazes. The receipt of glaze by using local raw materials. Glazes have been used for those products which is glazed and fired in 1000 oC . The products are removed out the kiln in 1000oC temperature without cooling and put into the airtight reduction chamber. Reduction chamber filled wood shavings and combustible materials. The hat from the pot ignites the material and the can immediatly sealed. The fire quicly uses all the oxygen in the can draws it from the pot and metal rich raku glaze. In the secret combination of metal oxides to be reduced are provided.Reduction is what couses the wonderful unique, unpredictable and spontaneous patterns of colour and metalic lustres unique to raku. In this way, of cooling water into the glazed products have been discarde and the adhesive surface of the chip, burnt ash, etc. Have been cleaned with the brush.The products which have been obtained at the end of this study, are affected by the positive effects that were determined of the talc powder and not the result of thermal shock. Contribution to the paper pulp made with kiln fired products as a result of a very lightweight and the establishment of pulp and roasted contribute to reduce the direction to minimize the strength and dry up to a certain rate of increase was the result. Paper added mixtures of ceramics surface are compatible with the minimum level of error is seen on glazed raku. One of the most important mark is showing, gathered near the lightness of ceramic emergence of metallic colors would be used for artistic purposes. Moreover, paper products and application of paper alloyed Raku ceramics mixture of technical and aesthetic features to make the contribution to ceramics education is considered to be.
