Abstract (EN)

In this study, Kalecik Karası cultivar, which has millenandage shows by having small (parthenocarpic) seedless berry and live-green ovaries (LGO) in the same cluster, together with size seeded berry specific and Narince grape cultivar with normal seeded berry were used. At three different rootstock (5BB, 41B, and 1103P), the morphology of the reproductive organs, pollen quality, generative performance, grapevine leaves and pollen micronutrient content of the grape cultivars were assessed. 'Kalecik Karası' the transcriptional analyses of VvBOR1, VvBOR3, and VvBOR4 boron transporters of seeded and seedless berries was examined in five different reproductive developmental stages fruitset, pre-veraison, veraison, post-veraison and maturity. The 'Kalecik Karası' and 'Narince' varieties pollen quality, fruitset, millerandage, and bunch features, the 5BB rootstock/variety combination with the orders of 5BB>1103P>41B produced the highest yield. The fruitset ratio was Kalecik Karası/5BB 66,69%, Kalecik Karası/41B 29,03% and Kalecik Karası/1103P 41,32% with good fruitset. The millerandage index Kalecik Karası/5BB 5,37, Kalecik Karası/41B 3.08 and Kalecik Karası/1103P 3.77 were obtained. The millerandage character of the Kalecik Karası grape variety was quantified, with millerandage rate respectively; 46.94 %, 29.69 %and 35.35 %. Poor fruitset was suggested by the Narince cultivar's fruitset rates of Narince/5BB (31,21%), Narince/41B (21,11%), and Narince/1103P (22,92%). The mllerandage index and ratio were determine from Narince/5BB 0.48 - 4.49%, Narince/41B 1.92 - 17.74% and Narince/1103P 0.72 - 4.81%. The formation of parthenocarpic berry in different proportions of two cultivars under the same vineyard conditions showed that millerandage was a variety sensitivity. The highest leaf boron level in 'Kalecik Karası' and 'Narince' grape varieties is obtained in 5BB rootstock that the high in this rootstock with seed berry, fruitset and bunch features shows that the rootstocks are effective in the uptake of nutrient and the fruitset. In comparison to other rootstocks, the Kalecik Karası/41B rootstock's leaf zinc level and pollen tube to ovary ratio (3.33%) were high found. This demonstrates the connection between zinc and seed development. Although there is no difference in the uptake of molybdenum by the rootstocks, the low level of molybdenum in the leaves may be a trigger for 'Kalecik Karası' with millerandage sensitivity. It was determined that the VvBOR1, VvBOR3 and VvBOR4 genes were silencing in the seedless berries in 'Kalecik Karası' grape variety and were expressed higher in seed berries than seedless berries. At different phenological stages, it was discovered that the VvBOR1 gene and leaf boron accumulation were similar, however the transcriptional activity of the VvBOR3 and VvBOR4 genes was inversely proportionate.
