Abstract (EN)

With this study, it is aimed to determine the supply chain practices required for a company operating in the spare parts industry to have a sustainable supply chain. The study consists of three main parts. In the first part, the objectives, historical development, structure and basic functions of Supply Chain Management are emphasized. In the second part, the sustainability of the supply chain is examined with the sub-dimensions of sustainability. In the last part, information about the automotive supplier industry is given, then the sustainability priorities and the supply chain applications that the company should focus on to realize this priorities are tried to determine in a corporate company operating in this sector. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) integrated method is used in the study. The study was carried out by a three-person team determined by the company. As a result of examining the sustainability reports of the companies in the automotive industry, fifteen sustainability priorities are determined by the team. In the first stage, the priorities are compared with AHP method. In the second stage, the relationship between supply chain practices and sustainability priorities are evaluated by the QFD method. Following this, the company has tried to determine the supply chain applications and detailed sub-applications that should be focused on in terms of supply chain sustainability by calculating their importance levels. The first three important applications that should be focused on to have a sustainable supply chain are "Product Recovery", "Use of Multiple Transportation Methods in Supply Chain" and "Categorization of Suppliers as Primary-Secondary Suppliers". The aim of this study is to guide the future studies on determining the priorities and required practices of the companies that want to have a sustainable supply chain.
