Reflections of recent changes in public tender system on time and cost of construction investements

In the present study, the articles of nation procurement law number 2886 which was valid as of January 1st 1984 and public procurement law number 4734 which was be valid as of January 1st 2003 were thoroughly targeted by the method of comparison between them.In addition to this with abstracting of public construction projects according to each articles of public procurement during term of implementing to them, compared time and cost changing.Thus, it accessed some significant inventions which enable to contributing to use public resource efficiently, aware of tender law number 4734.
