When the litarature scanned we could reached rare thesises or studies which related perfectionism and job stress. We used perfectionism scale and job stress scale together to find if there is a significant correlation or difference between perception of the concepts. Some studies about perfectionism show us, there is a connection with perfectionism and job stress. The results of the study illustrate that there is some significant correlation or diffirence between concepts within our samples.
