Abstract (EN)
A considerable amount of public investment is made every year in order to raise people's living standard and to support development in Turkey. Because of these investment, it is nessesery to expropriation of real estate belong to natural and legal person. The first stage of the expropriation is the granting and approval of a public benefit decision. In this thesis, the process of giving public interest decision, often a matter of disagreement, has been investigated in view of the legislations, adjudication and scientific point.
